We are looking for a proactive and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team and support the effective management of our workforce.
Contribute to payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
Prepare HR reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in all Disciplinary processes and matters, and be involved in Industrial Relations
Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
Assist with Employee Relations and the follow up of issues raised by employees through the different channels
Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and leave data.
