Key Responsibilities
- Deliver immersive showroom experiences that educate and excite customers about BYD electric vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Support digital marketing and branding by performing in videos showcasing BYD products and their features.
- Prepare vehicles for handover and ensure a seamless delivery experience.
- Support the sales team with product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Manage showroom traffic and ensure every visitor receives prompt attention.
- Stay updated on the latest BYD models, features, and EV trends.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for automobile, with emphasis on electric vehicles and sustainable technology.
- Customer-focused mindset with a flair for storytelling and presentation/public speaking.
- Strong public speaking skills and the ability to perform with ease and authenticity in front of a camera or audience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in automotive, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma; further education in marketing, communications, or automotive studies is advantageous.
- 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role who can showcase his/her high level of customer experience acumen. Exposure in a client-oriented automotive industry would constitute a definite plus
- Proficient in English
- Valid driver’s licence.
