We are looking for a Training and Skills Development Specialist to join MEDINE GROUP| Uniciti International Education Hub (UIEH).

JOB SUMMARY

Design, implement and manage training and skills development programmes for our clients.  These programmes may include leadership development, technical skills training, soft skills development. Secure approval of all programmes from local authorities. Promote training and skills development programmes to Partners, Corporate clients and Customers. Ensure the marketing and sales of the training programmes on both B2B and B2C. Liaise with clients for delivery of training programmes.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Skills and Training Development Programme

  • Develop a catalogue of training programmes and propose our services to relevant clients.
  • Work with client to establish tailor-made development plans for their employees/stakeholders, considering their career aspirations and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate training sessions, utilising various methodologies such as workshops, seminars, online learning platforms, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programmes by gathering feedback from participants and conducting post-training evaluations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest training methodologies and technologies, including e-learning platforms, virtual reality, and augmented reality-based training.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to offer insights and advice to clients.

 

Client and Partner Relationship

  • Participate in the negotiation with relevant partners to develop new training programmes.
  • Propose and develop partnerships with new clients.
  • Broaden the scope of training programmes to reach a larger corporate audience.
  • Establish new partners on a sector-wide basis.
  • Build and maintain positive relationship with clients.  Understand their needs, preferences and challenges to provide personalised services and solutions.

 

Administrative and Compliance

  • Liaise with respective authorities for accreditation process of trainings (HEC, MQA, etc.).
  • Work with the Administrative Officer to ensure that all administrative processes are done in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement procedures and policies.
  • Establish the costing for each training and seek approval of the Managing Director.
  • Prepare training proposal for client while ensuring the MQA/HRDC process follows.
  • Coordinate and follow-up with trainers and facilitators to ensure the proper delivery of the training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and ensure that training programmes are promoted properly.
  • Coordinate with other team such as the Administration, Finance, Logistic teams to ensure the smooth running of training sessions.

 

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

Qualifications Required:

  • Degree in HR Development Management or in Administration or related area.
  • At least 3-4 years’ experience in mounting applications to MQA/HRDC and in sales of training programmes.

Key competences (Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes, Behaviours):

  • Excellent oral and written command of English and French
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (French and English)
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs
  • Knowledge of training methodologies and learning & development principles
  • Analytical skills for conducting training needs assessments
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and learning management systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and project management abilities
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
  • Ability to work in a team.
