We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Flooring Manager to oversee flooring projects and operation

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the flooring division, including planning, scheduling, and supervising installation projects.

• Oversee procurement of flooring materials, liaising with local and international suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

• Advise clients on flooring options, designs, and cost-effective solutions.

• Prepare project estimates, quotations, and budgets.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all projects.

• Supervise and train flooring teams to maintain high standards of workmanship.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any technical or operational issues.

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and warehouse coordination.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and after-sales support.

• Prepare regular management reports on project status, costs, and team performance.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in flooring, construction, or interior finishing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Strong technical knowledge of flooring products and installation techniques.

• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and client service skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

• Experience working with high-end residential and commercial flooring projects.

• Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement.
