The Processing Specialist ensures smooth and efficient processing operations for TotalEnergies affiliates by overseeing accurate and timely tasks, maintaining strong customer service, and supporting the team’s overall operational performance.

 

Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of services for TotalEnergies affiliates, following established procedures and deadlines. Monitor invoicing processes to guarantee consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and customer requirements. Plan and deliver scheduled reports to customers on time, ensuring the information provided is reliable and of high quality. Maintain excellent customer service by promptly handling and resolving invoicing-related queries from affiliates and clients. Identify and escalate operational issues or discrepancies to the Processing Manager, providing clear details and potential solutions. Act as a point of reference for the processing team, offering guidance and ensuring best practices are applied. Train new team members to ensure they are fully equipped to perform their tasks efficiently. Document and formalize operational procedures, keeping them regularly updated to reflect any process changes. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency optimization. Perform any other related duties assigned by management. Hold a diploma in IT or a relevant field, with experience in a similar role considered an advantage. Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Be efficient, patient, autonomous, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Demonstrate fluency in both English and French, written and spoken, and show strong attention to detail. Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
