The job incumbent shall be responsible to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and market penetration within an assigned market segment both local and regional by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services and providing premium customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales
  • Work on sales plan for various market/product segments based on Sales Volume, Turnover and Gross Profit on a monthly basis.
  • Devise proper sales and marketing strategy for the year
  • Set sales targets
  • Mionitor, control and check sales performance
  • Analyse and report monthly sales
  • Develop new and maintain existing client relationships
Prospecting
Quotations
Product Ordering
Supplier Relations
Costing
  • Ensure effective cost management.

     

  • Conduct competitor analysis for a comparative analysis of prices and negotiates product price with suppliers.
Keep abreast with market trends
Quality Control and Assurance
Reporting
Training
People Management and Staff Development
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Sales and Marketing
  • Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar senior role
