Assist the Maintenance Manager to plan, organise and coordinate Maintenance of the Resort to provide effective and efficient service and maintain profitable operation as per standards

15 | Follow up on punctuality, controls absenteeism and takes corrective actions where necessary | |||||||
16 | Ensure that there is a proper planning and control of annual leaves for the department | |||||||
17 | Supervise and control the extra work done by contractors | |||||||
18 | Regularly monitors store and ensure that spares are ordered in advance to maintain par stock | |||||||
19 | Ensure respective TMs are operating as per Quality Management System | |||||||
20 | Ensure respective TMs are operating as per S&H regulations and policies | |||||||
21 | Supervise the day-to-day operations of the general maintenance and repair of the resort | |||||||
22 | Follow up on new projects | |||||||
23 | Monitor all electrical and mechanical works (as per check lists) | |||||||
24 | Make sure that plant rooms and all areas are kept clean and tidy at all times | |||||||
25 | Ensure that corrective maintenance programme is working satisfactorily | |||||||
26 | Ensure that paperwork and logbooks are kept up to date | |||||||
27 | Follow-up on all maintenance requests | |||||||
28 | Test regularly all fire prevention systems on the resort | |||||||
29 | Maintain good housekeeping in the Department | |||||||
30 | Test regularly all fire prevention systems in the entire BU | |||||||
31 | Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units | |||||||
32 | Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society |
