Assist the Maintenance Manager to plan, organise and coordinate Maintenance of the Resort to provide effective and efficient service and maintain profitable operation as per standards

| 21 | Supervise the day-to-day operations of the general maintenance and repair of the resort | |||||||

| 24 | Make sure that plant rooms and all areas are kept clean and tidy at all times | |||||||
| 25 | Ensure that corrective maintenance programme is working satisfactorily | |||||||
| 26 | Ensure that paperwork and logbooks are kept up to date | |||||||
| 27 | Follow-up on all maintenance requests | |||||||
| 28 | Test regularly all fire prevention systems on the resort | |||||||
| 29 | Maintain good housekeeping in the Department | |||||||
| 30 | Test regularly all fire prevention systems in the entire BU | |||||||
| 31 | Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units | |||||||
| 32 | Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society | |||||||
