Winners is looking for a dynamic candidate to join its category team!

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial training sessions for all staff across outlets to ensure they are well-versed in product knowledge, service standards, and company protocols
  • Evaluate staff performance during and after training sessions to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to employees, helping them enhance their skills and performance
  • Develop and maintain training materials to align with company standards and evolving business needs
  • Collaborate with outlet managers to identify training gaps and propose targeted solutions
  • Support outlet operations during peak periods or as required, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, suggesting improvements for future sessions.
  • Serve as a role model by demonstrating best practices in customer service and operational efficiency.

Other Requisites

  • School Certificate or any other relevant qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience
  • IT Literate with a good understanding of ERP software as an advantage
  • Positive proactive team player with a dynamic personality 
  • Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail and results-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as odd hours
