Edison Integrated Ltd, a leader in renewable energy solutions (solar water heaters, heat pumps, solar lighting, and Solar PV systems), is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive. The role involves driving B2C sales, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing initiatives to strengthen Edison’s brand presence in Mauritius and the Mascareignes region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential market.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, proposals, and closing deals.
Support marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events) to generate leads and brand visibility.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to deliver turnkey solutions.
Prepare sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
Degree/diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Proven sales experience, ideally in renewable energy, construction, or technical sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
