Job Description:
Edison Integrated Ltd, a leader in renewable energy solutions (solar water heaters, heat pumps, solar lighting, and Solar PV systems), is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive. The role involves driving B2C sales, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing initiatives to strengthen Edison’s brand presence in Mauritius and the Mascareignes region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential market.

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, proposals, and closing deals.

  • Support marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events) to generate leads and brand visibility.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to deliver turnkey solutions.

  • Prepare sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

  • Degree/diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in renewable energy, construction, or technical sectors.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
