Allied Motors is looking for a qualified and experienced Health and Safety Officer (full-time) to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain health and safety policies
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and workplace inspections
  • Ensure compliance with local, national and industry-specific safety regulations
  • Organize safety training programs and awareness campaigns for employees
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports and recommend preventive measures
  • Monitor and ensure the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Keep records of safety-related incidents and report to management
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies

 

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and safety briefings
