The HR Assistant plays a key role in providing support to the HR team in the recruitment process and a wide range of HR administrative duties.
Main Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process mainly by creating job descriptions, post job adverts, source, screen candidates, assist the interviews and update databases.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Filing of HR documents and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Assist in the Training and Development of employees.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Human Resources Management.
- Some experience or interest in HR or office work is preferred
Other Requisites
- Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
