The HR Assistant plays a key role in providing support to the HR team in the recruitment process and a wide range of HR administrative duties.

 

Main Duties  
  • Assist in the recruitment process mainly by creating job descriptions, post job adverts, source, screen candidates, assist the interviews and update databases. 
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Filing of HR documents and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Assist in the Training and Development of employees.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management.
  • Some experience or interest in HR or office work is preferred 

Other Requisites
  • Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
