Role Overview

Ya Technologies Ltd is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer & Webmaster to design user-centered interfaces and manage our web presence for the iGaming industry. This role combines creative design skills with technical web management, ensuring that our platforms are visually engaging, intuitive, and fully functional. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, understands the unique requirements of iGaming platforms, and is fluent in English and French.

Key Responsibilities

• UX/UI Design: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms. Design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement.
• Website Management: Maintain, update, and optimize company websites; ensure smooth operation, fast load times, and mobile responsiveness.
• iGaming Platform Support: Apply UX/UI best practices to enhance betting, casino, or gaming interfaces. Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to improve user experience.
• Content & CMS Management: Update site content, monitor functionality, and implement design changes via CMS tools.
• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor user behavior, traffic metrics, and conversion rates; propose design and layout improvements based on data insights.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with developers, marketing, and operations teams to implement design solutions. Translate technical requirements into visually clear and user-friendly experiences.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct usability testing and troubleshoot UI issues; ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in UX/UI design, web design, or webmaster role.
• Proven experience working in the iGaming industry (sports betting, casino, or online gaming).
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design, mobile app UI, and user-centric workflows.
• Technical skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, CMS tools, and responsive design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work hybrid (remote + on-site in Mauritius) and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
• Experience in gamification, user engagement, and iGaming platform interfaces is a strong advantage.
