About the role:

In the environment of our HR and Payroll solutions, the Full Stack Developer is responsible for analyzing and implementing the requirements of our customers, the market and the legislator. As part of an international team, they develop custom-fit solutions and, together with the team, assume end-to-end responsibility for a forward-looking and strategically important product. The software developer is a key person in the team, including communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders of all kinds. Agile teamwork and taking responsibility are our lived maxim.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Team-oriented collaboration in a cross-functional Scrum team in the agile software development process
• Design and development of software modules and business process logic
• Coordination of tasks with the product owner and team members
• Support during user testing and go-live
• Troubleshooting and error correction

What do you have to offer?

• Profound knowledge in software development and the programming language C# (minimum 3-5 years of experience).
• Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL databases.
• Knowledge in software development with Visual Studio & Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge in requirements analysis and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of agile process structures, predominantly in Scrum.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Willingness to contribute to the development process with own ideas and creativity.
• Good team spirit.
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Fluent English
• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn German would be desirable. At the very least working with German documentation via SD Worx translation service.
