LUX* Grand Gaube is recruiting Assistant F&B Manager.
The incumbent will be responsible to:
•Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in planning, implementing, organising and co-ordinating the smooth and efficient day to day operations of the Food & Beverage department.
•Communicate with Guests as well as ensure that service quality standards and Guest satisfaction are maintained at all times.
•Develop knowledge and competencies of subordinates by providing on-the-job training, coaching and as well as conducting performance evaluations.
•Maximise upselling opportunities in the Food & Beverage outlets.
•Assist the Food & Beverage Manager to prepare reports and compile records on Food & Beverages' cost and revenues.
QUALIFICATIONS
•At least Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
•National Certificate Level 4 or 5 in Restaurant and Bar Operations or equivalent qualifications.
•Tertiary education at Diploma or Degree level majoring in Hospitality Management from a recognised institution or equivalent qualifications.
PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE
•A minimum of 10 years of working experience in the Food & Beverage service in the hospitality industry.
•A minimum of 4 years of working experience as Outlet Manager (Restaurant/Bar/Room Service) in a 5 star resort.
