Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer service assistants and technicians.

• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills, product knowledge, and technical expertise.
• Manage and resolve complex customer inquiries and technical complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of the technical team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline and enhance the overall customer service and technical support experience.
• Prepare and present regular reports on customer service and technical support performance and key metrics.
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels with customers for both general and technical inquiries.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, including technical specifications.
