Human Resources Officer
List of duties:
1. Implement and manage the HR System including recruitment, training & development,
compensations & benefits, staff welfare, performance management, personnel administration, counselling & guidance, and reward & recognition.
2. Manage all aspects of Industrial relations.
3. Ensure Compliance to existing Labour Laws.
4. Assist the Group Human Resources Director on day-to-day activities related to HR.
5. Any other HR Related duties.
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resource / Business Management
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the HR field.
