We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Claim Handler Officer to process and manage insurance claims efficiently

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Receive and register new claims into the system.
  • Communicate with clients, agents, repairers, and service providers regarding claims status.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all claim-related activities.
  • Provide regular updates to customers and ensure a smooth claims experience.
  • Prepare claim files and submit recommendations for approval to senior officers or supervisors.
Qualifications: 
  • Proven work experience in an insurance company, specifically in claims handling (required).
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and industry regulations.
