• Provide remote support to users via phone and teleassistance tools.
• Assist clients with Payroll parameter setup and configuration.
• Support clients in Payroll processing and issue resolution.
• Provide guidance on Sicorax HRMS modules, including HR, ESS, and PMS.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Sicorax Payroll or Sicorax HRMS Payroll.
- Experience with additional Sicorax HRMS Modules ( HR, ESS, PMS) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, including ERA, RO, PAYE, MNS and Pensions.
- Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team spirit and collaboration skills
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
