Job Summary: The Spa Therapist is responsible for providing professional treatments and personalized guest service to ensure an exceptional spa experience. The role requires strong technical skills, excellent product knowledge, and a warm, professional approach to guest care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, scrubs, and other wellness therapies in line with established standards.

• Consult with guests to understand their needs, preferences, and any health conditions before recommending suitable treatments.

• Ensure treatment rooms are always clean, tidy, and well-prepared, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

• Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards in all spa operations.

• Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

• Keep accurate records of treatments performed and monitor usage of products and supplies.

• Assist in stock control by monitoring product levels and reporting shortages in a timely manner.

• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment within the spa.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to keep updated on new techniques and products.

• Provide excellent guest service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.

• Handle guest feedback in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.
