Job Profile

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Product Consultant (ICT Sales Engineer), who will be responsible for driving our business growth by identifying and engaging with clients to deliver our ICT solutions, coordinating sales activities, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring timely products & services delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our ICT product portfolio.
  • Identify and target potential clients in need of ICT solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with various teams to design custom-based ICT solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in ICT technology.
  • Provide post-sale support and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the HOD.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

  • Good technical knowledge of ICT solutions.
  • Ability to identify, qualify, and quantify customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Good negotiating and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-driven and results oriented.
  • Valid driving licence for private car.
