- Assist brokers in the management and service of an assigned portfolio of business, including coordination of renewal activities and preparation of related documentation.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Provide support on matters requiring coordination between accounting, claims and broking teams.
- Maintain proper records, manage workload efficiently, and respond to various day-to-day requests in a timely manner.
