Main responsibilities:
• Organize and oversee all aspects of the restaurants’ functioning
• Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high standards of service to our Artisans
• Manage kitchen stock requisition and supplies
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness across both Artisans’ Restaurants
• Provide excellence service by attending promptly to artisans’ queries and taking corrective action where needed
• Support audit with accurate documentation and feedback
Qualifications and profile:
• Previous experience in restaurant/kitchen operations management
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Dynamic and dedicated professional approach
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lead a team and foster a positive culture of service excellent
• Sound knowledge in Food Safety Hygiene standards
• Computer skills, proficient in MS Office
