We’re seeking customer-service stars to keep things running smoothly during our busiest time of year.

Join Cim Finance as a Customer Service Representative for a three-month adventure, starting from November 2025 to January 2026, that could turn into something long-term if you shine! You will be based at different branches across the island, helping customers and making their experience smooth and positive. It is perfect for school leavers, university students on break, or anyone looking for short-term work. Be prepared for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and remember to mention which locations work best for you when you apply.

• Process and follow up on credit applications and agreements
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the customer journey
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Promote and cross-sell CIM Finance products and services
• Handle payments at the counter (cashiering)
• Manage and follow up on customer queries, complaints, and requests

• Minimum academic qualification: SC
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required – training will be provided
• Willingness to work odd hours in malls or on late-night shifts system
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
