HealthActiv is presently looking for a Warehouse Attendant who will be responsible for varied daily tasks such as accepting incoming orders, restocking shelves, price tagging, picking of orders and counting inventories.
HealthActiv is presently looking for a Warehouse Attendant who will be responsible for varied daily tasks such as accepting incoming orders, restocking shelves, price tagging, picking of orders and counting inventories. The job holder should also ensure that goods are being delivered on assigned routes and within time schedules, while maintaining the service levels expected and meeting established standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Delivery Driver to load/unload products and ensure safe and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
- Collect money from customers upon deliveries and record cash in transaction, as well as ensure that customers are issued a receipt.
- Collect and record controlled drugs requisitions and returned goods, as per protocol.
- Control and verify incoming orders.
- Load and wrap stocks on pallets.
- Prepare customer orders for delivery in a timely manner, according to set standards.
- Ensure that picking bins are replenished in a timely manner, as per protocol.
- Assist in the verification and packing of customer orders.
- Perform any cognate duties as assigned by the reporting line.
Job Requirements
- School Certificate or any equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Holder of a valid driving license (private car or goods vehicle) will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand and execute instructions as per requirements.
- Good team spirit.
- Customer service mindset.
- Multitasking ability.
