Provide administrative support.
Get familiar with personnel duties.
Participate in company’s strategic planning.
Assist team members in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data).
Create and give presentations.

Candidate Profile (Ideal):
Qualification
A degree in Management or equivalent.
Generic Competencies:
Self-starter, sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information.
Good communication skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
