The candidate will be responsible to gather data needed for the processing, recording, and reconciling financial information in compliance with established policies, standards and procedures with the view of finalizing timely and accurate monthly management accounts and yearly financial statements.

 

Summary

 

The candidate will be responsible to gather data needed for the processing, recording, and reconciling financial information in compliance with established policies, standards and procedures with the view of finalizing timely and accurate monthly management accounts and yearly financial statements.


What will be your responsibilities?

  •  Assist in Gross Margin Analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of Budget/ Forecast
  • Variance Analysis – Actual Vs Budget
  • Assist in reporting analysis
  • Assist in project monitoring
  • Preparation of journal entries. Accruals/ provisions
  • Month end closing
  • Assist in end of year audit
  • Assist in preparation of Balance Sheet Analysis and Reconciliation
  • Prepare the country review – Fixed Costs Analysis
  • Calculation of Freight allocation - monthly
  • Update BPC Reporting File
  • Liaising with different hubs & provide financial information

Who are we looking for?

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance or ongoing ACCA Level 2
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in a dynamic global business company
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and application of accounting principles
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Work under the supervision of the Senior Business Controller
