- Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To input data on our computer system in an accurate and timely manner:
- When processing new, endorsements, cancellation and renewal of business
- When updating transaction follow-up
- To ensure CDD of clients are complete before creating new accounts and update existing clients’ account accurately and in norms with CDD requirements
- To follow-up of incomplete CDD
- To keep up to date in respect of product knowledge by attending product training as delivered by company
- To perform administrative tasks such as filing/dispatching of documents as required
- To manage stationeries for the underwriting unit
- Any other cognate duties that may arise
2. Qualifications/Experience
- Holder of a Higher School Certificate
- Knowledge of an insurance company’s business environment
- Having at least 1 years’ experience in the Insurance field will be an advantage
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Be computer literate and have knowledge in MS Office Tools
