• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning of A/C units and Swimming Pool heat pump • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with existing A/C, Heat pump and Cold rooms systems

• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning of A/C units and Swimming Pool heat pump
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with existing A/C, Heat pump and Cold rooms systems
• Repair or replace defective components in A/C, Heat pump, kitchen extraction and Cold rooms systems
• Perform system inspections and tests to verify operational efficiency
• General Maintenance of Air cond and heat pump system
• Install Air Cond whenever required
• Calibrate thermostats and ensure optimal system settings for Air cooled chiller
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Respond to emergency repair requests and provide timely solutions
