This is a 6-month position. Salary Range: Rs. 45 000 to Rs. 60 000

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of the company’s accounting operations. This includes entering accounting records, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, handling tax declarations, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.

Your main duties:

• Prepare tax returns (VAT, TDS & CTAX)

• Verify payments and perform bank reconciliations

• Record accounting entries (payroll journal entries, provisions, and 13th month salary)

• Anticipate and organize monthly closings

• Assist in preparing the Management Accounts

• Carry out closing tasks

• Prepare the bi-annual IMF Survey

• Handle intercompany re-invoicing

• Monitor cash flow

• Assist the Chief Accountant during exchanges with auditors at year-end closing
