As the Business Development Manager, you will lead project sales and client acquisition across the architecture, design, and property sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within architecture, property development, interior design, hospitality, and corporate segments.
- Cultivate strong relationships with project decision-makers to establish Batimex as a trusted partner.
- Drive early-stage influence by promoting product specifications to consultants, designers, and investors.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Project Sales Executives, ensuring performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with technical, logistics, marketing, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and prepare performance reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Sales or Business Management.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong B2B sales and relationship-building skills within construction, design, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven experience in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and project tracking tools.
