Deliver assistance services (medical, security, logistics) to clients
Ensure high-quality case management and empathetic customer service
Coordinate administrative tasks across internal teams and external providers
- Handle client requests with professionalism and urgency
- Plan and coordinate services using internal and external resources
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication
- Escalate cases per protocol and ensure timely handovers
- Provide billing details and cost estimates; support cost containment
- Promote company values and maintain a clean, safe workspace

Experience & Qualifications
- 2–3 years in logistics/customer service; call center experience preferred
- HSC or equivalent; tertiary education desirable
- Fluent in English; French, Portuguese, or Spanish is a plus
- Willingness to work shifts on occaisional basis;normal hours; it will be office hours 8-17.
