Deliver assistance services (medical, security, logistics) to clients Ensure high-quality case management and empathetic customer service Coordinate administrative tasks across internal teams and external providers

 

  • Handle client requests with professionalism and urgency
  • Plan and coordinate services using internal and external resources
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication
  • Escalate cases per protocol and ensure timely handovers
  • Provide billing details and cost estimates; support cost containment
  • Promote company values and maintain a clean, safe workspace
  • Attend training and contribute to team development

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong logistics, multitasking, and customer service skills
  • High resilience, attention to detail, and situational awareness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ethical, responsive, and execution-focused
  • Team-oriented and culturally adaptable

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years in logistics/customer service; call center experience preferred
  • HSC or equivalent; tertiary education desirable
  • Fluent in English; French, Portuguese, or Spanish is a plus
  • Willingness to work shifts on occaisional basis;normal hours; it will be office hours 8-17.
