Maintains and services guest rooms to the highest standards, replenishes amenities, assists with guest requests, and ensures cleanliness, comfort, and presentation at all times.

• Consults rooming list to take cognizance of work load such as number of rooms on arrival, departure and occupied;
• Consults special guests’ request list and plans service accordingly;
• Proceeds with cleaning and servicing of villa, rooms, terrace, other related areas and according to Hotel standards and procedures;
• Ensures that all rooms are ready prior to arrival guests;
