She Recruits is proud to be partnering with a leading international provider of trust, corporate, and fiduciary services in their search for a Senior Trust and Corporate Administrator to join their dynamic Mauritius team.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic professional to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, delivering world-class corporate secretarial services while mentoring junior colleagues and driving operational excellence.


Qualifications required: 

  • STEP or ICSA qualification highly advantageous.
  • A completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field is required.

Skill and experience required:

  • 3+ years experience in trust and corporate administration, with strong client relationship management skills.
  • Experience within a shared services environment is beneficial. 
  • Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset.


Key responsibilities: 

  • Manage and administer an existing portfolio of trust and corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery from start to finish.
  • Be the main point of contact for clients, bankers, investment advisors, registered agents and other external parties.
  • Oversee the preparation of minutes, resolutions, payments, dividends and other entity-related documentation.
  • Guide, coach and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations, performing due diligence and maintaining meticulous records.
  • Assist with new business onboarding, account openings, and closures of trusts, companies and investment accounts.
  • Support the Team Leader in achieving departmental goals, enhancing processes and managing high-volume periods.


Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00
