The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients by addressing their needs efficiently and courteously.
Responsibility
- Process and follow up of all applications and agreements
- Provide good customer service and enhance the customer journey experience
- Collaborate with other department
- Sales and cross selling of CIM products
- Handle payments at the counter (cashiering)
- Handle and follow up of customer queries, complaints, and requests
Profile
- Minimum SC
- One year experience would be advantageous
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools
- Good communication skills
- Ability to remain patient and calm in difficult or stressful situations
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Administrative skills
