Key Duties:

• Supervise Accounts Clerks to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in compliance with established procedures.
• Ensure timely recording of financial transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
• Support stock count processes and assist in investigating and resolving stock variances.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and support month-end closing activities.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Perform supplier account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
• Ensure timely processing of supplier payments through the ERP system.Maintain and update the Fixed Assets Register.
• Assist in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of internal control procedures.

 Key qualification:

• Minimum ACCA Level 2 or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in related field, preferably in the FMCG sector or a fast-growing environment
