Our client, a high-quality chemical in Mauritius is seeking to recruit a Senior Sales Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Create business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Maintain and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Analyze customer data and evaluate sales performance.
• Monitor competitors’ activities, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to sales team members.
• Research and develop pricing and promotional strategies.

Profile:

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related field.
• Proven 5+ years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the distributive trade.
• Knowledge of Professional/Retail market.
• Valid driver’s manual license.
• Product knowledge and sales process.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently.
