Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure the workplace runs efficiently and professionally.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate travel or event arrangements for team members as needed.
Supplies & Vendor Management: Monitor office supply levels, purchase necessary supplies/equipment, and liaise with vendors and service providers to manage office facilities and maintenance.
HR Support: Provide administrative support for HR functions, including coordinating new employee onboarding, maintaining basic HR records (e.g. attendance and leave records) and assisting with recruitment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.
Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and keen attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Team Orientation: A team-player mindset with a strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
