We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a background in architecture and interior design to join our creative team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various media, while also
supporting spatial design concepts for branded environments, retail layouts and interior
presentations.

As part of the Marketing Department, and reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you
will play a key role in translating concepts into visual and spatial experiences that align with
brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Develop high-quality visual assets for branding, advertising, packaging, social media, print and digital platforms for the brands of the M5 Capital.
• Create mood boards, style guides and campaign visuals that align with brand identity.
• Collectively work within a team graphic designer to develop creative solutions that communicate effectively.

Architectural & Interior Design

• Support the design and conceptualisation of retail spaces, display layouts, exhibitions, and branded environments.
• Create 2D plans, 3D renders, and visual mock-ups for interior and spatial design proposals.
• Prepare presentation materials, architectural sketches and technical illustrations.

Project Management & Collaboration

• Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners including printers, decorators, and contractors.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for both marketing and physical space enhancement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
• Solid understanding of architectural principles and interior design techniques.
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering tools (Lumion, V-Ray, or equivalent).
• Experience in spatial layout planning and visual merchandising is an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail, visual storytelling and design consistency.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
