Join our dynamic team and play a key role in the operation and maintenance of our gas plant. We are looking for a candidate who lives in the region of L'escalier who responsible for monitoring equipment, ensuring safety protocols, and maintaining efficient plant operations.

 

The Main responsibilities are as follows:

Plant Operations & Maintenance:

  • Operate plant machinery efficiently to optimize production output.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure they meet quality requirements.
  • Follow detailed work instructions for all tasks to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Perform regular rounds to check tank readings, yard safety, and fill in the Operators’ log book.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
  • Accurately and legibly fill in production records and logs.
  • Report systematically any site issues, equipment malfunctions, and near misses to the supervisor.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
Maintenance and Housekeeping:
  • Assist the maintenance team with repair works on the plant.
  • Perform regular cleaning of the plant and surrounding areas to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Maintain and repaint plant facilities when not in operation to ensure proper upkeep.

Adherence to Safety Protocols:

  • Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during all operations.
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns promptly.

The job holder should ideally possess:

-        Ability to work Night Shifts

-        Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

-        Valid Driving License or means of transport to travel to site

-        Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing and manual labour.

-        Attention to details for accurate machine readings.

-        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
