Provides technical support and assistance to customers or clients regarding the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex technical products or systems.

 

  • Respond to and repair gas equipment timeously following breakdowns in a safe manner while minimizing production down time.
  • Perform copper pipe soldering works, metal works and welding.
  • Perform gas reticulation installation with the contract/installation team.
  • Ensure proper preventive and corrective maintenance and maintain equipment and ensure that equipment is conditionally monitored to ensure safe operations.
  • Be able to trouble shoot and find fault on application / plant gas equipment
  • Participate in the preparation of Bill of materials.
  • Site surveys to be done.
  • Quotes and proper feedback to be given to clients after site surveys.
  • Keep accurate and suitable records of the Maintenance Service Checklist and Repair/ Service reports.
  • Provide feedback to the manager on a daily/weekly basis with regards to jobs in progress and/or completed.
  • Comply with the scheduled plan of the Equipment Service Agreement and to be ready at any time to deal with breakdowns.
  • Provides technical support and assistance to customers or clients regarding the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex technical products or systems.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues and ensuring the proper functioning of the products or services.
  • To provide support on sales process.
  • To understand mainly the technical aspects of medical and laboratory equipment and using the knowledge to effectively sell and promote equipment to clients.
