KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls.
Billing of Air Tickets
Verification of files
Attend customer queries

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Diploma in IATA
Minimum 1 years in Travel Agency or BPO services
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
Fluency in French & English

WORKING HOURS

11:00 to 19:00
