1.To assist the Workshop Manager in the efficient running of the workshop. 2. To plan, organize and control the work of the employees under his responsibility. 3. Develop and enforce maintenance schedules for both diesel and electric buses to minimize downtime and extend vehicle life.

1.Conduct thorough inspections and diagnosing issues with buses, vans, and coaches. This includes mechanical, electrical, and body repairs along with preparation of estimates of repairs for accidented vehicles.
2.To liaise with workshop supervisors including early shift mechanics for pre-trip inspection team so that maximum number of buses are put on road during peak hours with Zero lateness.
3. Diagnose complex issues and provide technical guidance for repairs, often involving advanced electrical systems in electric buses.
