Responsible to provide fast, efficient, courteous service at all times to guests. He/She comes out daily duties of the Reception and Telephone handling effectively and deals with all guests’ queries by providing accurate information and proper follow up.
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.
- Manage cashiering at the reception.
- Pay attention to special request with a personable but professional approach.
- Answer to calls as well as take and relay telephone messages for guests and hotel employees.
- Prepare bills, taking payments, handling checkouts, and processing foreign exchange payment. Communicate efficiently with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure quality service to guests.
- Promote the upselling of room categories and other inhouse services.
EXPERIENCE & PROFILE
- Minimum SC, NTC Hotel School
- Computer literate
- Be friendly, smiley, sociable, and welcoming to our guests to create a great atmosphere.
- Be confident and self motivated
- Good communication skills, a third language will be an advantage.
- Experience in the hotel industry
