RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- To carry out Spa body and face treatment on guests.
- To maintain the highest level of personal hygiene.
- To ensure that the treatment rooms are maintained in an impeccable state at all times.
- To be at all times gracious and courteous.
- To provide the highest level of pre and post treatment care.
- To ensure professional and excellent guest follow up.
- To promote and sell treatment and products.
- To liaise with Receptionist to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- To respect protocols, standard and procedures set by the Spa.
