We are looking for a reliable and proactive Assistant to support our Sales & Business Manager in the day-to-day running of our self-storage business.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers or callers professionally.
  • Assist in preparing customer quotations, proposals, and service contracts.
  • Follow up on sales enquiries and leads as directed by the Manager.
  • Help manage client records, customer communications, and appointment scheduling.
  • Handle customer payments, issue receipts, and maintain proper transaction records.
  • Assist in resolving basic customer queries or billing-related issues.
  • Record and track all sales of packing materials and Monitor inventory levels and report restocking needs.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and receipts.
  • Prepare banking of collected payments
  • Chase debtors for overdue invoices.
  • Maintain records for petty cash and assist in entering invoices or receipts into the system.
  • Assist in financial tasks like checking reports or preparing supporting documents.
  • Respond to internal queries related to customer transactions or stock.
  • Help with reconciliation of accounts or reports when needed, especially during audit or reporting periods.
  • Creating marketing materials and updating social media or promotional platforms.
  • Any cognitive tasks
