We are looking for a trainee to support the existing team on their day to day operations.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on Radio Access Network, Core Network, Transmission Network and Enterprise Business KPIs
- Report and treat KPI & KQI degradation as per Incident Management Process
- Track resolution of Incidents
- Support the team in problem resolution by troubleshooting issues and suggesting appropriate solutions using available tools
- Track network changes and conduct pre- and post-KPI assessments
- Assist team in optimization of the network
- Assist team in documentation of network databases, inventories & log reports
- Ensure that relevant Performance Management and optimization Tools are configured, maintained and operational
- Derive and publish network KPI reports as per defined schedule
- Identify, analyse and improve the business processes in telecommunication systems
- Recommend and implement automation tasks for recurrent manual processing of data
Required qualifications and experience:
- Minimum Degree in Telecommunications/ Electronic and Communication Engineering or other related discipline
- Knowledge of telecommunications technology, protocols, and standards
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and identify trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools
