C-Care Darne is currently looking for a Health Care Assistant Reporting to the Head of Nursing, the selected candidate will have the responsibility to deliver the best possible compassionate basic nursing care to all respective patients.

• Assist the nursing team by helping with day-to-day care of patients, making sure they are comfortable and supported.
• Recognise and report any changes in patient condition to senior staff, helping to ensure high-quality care.
• Work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff to support a safe and effective environment.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and team members to support smooth care delivery.
• Help maintain accurate records, including patient information and care notes.
• Follow hospital procedures and healthcare regulations to ensure a safe and compliant environment for everyone

• Basic Certificate in Health Care Support/ Assistance
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar post
• Good communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Customer Focused
