Job Purpose: Sales Executive are the key point of contact between an organisation and its clients. Their primary function is to manage their team to create profits for their company, identifies prospects, maintains customer relationships and identify ways to grow their sales figures.
Job Purpose: Sales Executive is the key point of contact between an organisation and its clients. Their primary function is to manage their team to create profits for their company, identifies prospects, maintains customer relationships and identify ways to grow their sales figures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set sales goals and develop sales strategies.
- Contact potential customers and maintain good working relationship with existing customers.
- Handle requires from customers.
- Prepare and send quotes/proposals within guidelines.
- Manage the sales process through specific software programs.
- Build and maintain a CRM database.
- Participate in sales team meetings.
- Conduct market research on competitors & customers.
- Be the main contact between agents & customers
- Initiate marketing strategies and sales plan together with Sales Manager
- Recommend specific market developments to Sales Manager
- Maintain sales records to prepare end of month report.
- Monitor performance of sales team.
- Assist Sales Manager for the PMS of sales team & prepare targets accordingly.
- Work with sales team to meet targets & budget
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Sales & marketing or related field
- Proven work experience as Sales Executive or 2 years experience in the sales field.
- Passion-driven to work in a sales environment
- Good knowledge of commercial trends and marketing strategies
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High-level of communication and networking skills
- Attention to details and good time management skills
- Holder of a clean driving license.
- Have a strong work ethics
